Design your Web site Back Forward

Design your Web site Back Forward

It is not uncommon for internet entrepreneurs do things completely backwards in designing their  websites.

That you should not assume all visitors first arrive at your site, fall on the main page and then go surfing-through your site.

Things do not happen like that. Search engines like Google or Bing; classify each page of your site individually. So, Depending on what a person is like, you can reach your  website -through any of your internal pages (like this article, for example.)

For That reason, every page of your  website  should Be an Autonomous, and Must Contain three things:

1. Navigation (in my case you can see in the header: Blog - About Me - courses, etc.)...

2. A sidebar (Usually right) that as far as you possible, all of the Following: a subscription form by email, social media profiles, product announcements, recent publications and popular publications.

3. Finally and not least important: a call to action.

An interesting Exercise That I recommend you do is this: In the statistics or web analytics service from your site, look at the phrases (keywords) for Which They Have found your site in search engines.

Now do a search on Google and Bing for Those keywords. When you find your domain (in my case would carloscabrera.net) in search results, imagine you are that person who Came to your site looking for that.

Why did you click the result that led you to your  website ?

Did you find what you wanted?

Is there a call to action on your site or article that matches what People were looking for?

You will notice that people arrive at your site first, do not always fall on the main page of your site or in Which YOU think is Important But who eats Different looking for things.

Doing this Exercise, it really makes you open your eyes to understand the process of designing your  website . And it's not you Become a web designer or programadador, But You Understand how your site should be Designed to be "seller" and not just "nice.”

So you when to hire a designer for your  website  or buy a premium template (from sites like Elegant Themes) you have in mind and how it should Be Designed and configured your  website  to make it the seller.

The concept is to consider all the Ways You Can Make Each page of your site, A Separate action to improve the visitor experience and increase your conversion rates.
