Handcuffed and gagged SUBJECT TO STEAL GUARD CENTER COMPUTER CENTER PRE UNIVERSITY OF UNDAC

Within hours of 2 am July 28, 2012 two unknown persons have entered the Centro Universitario Pre National University Daniel Acids Carrion, where initially handcuffed and gagged a security guard who was at that time, these individuals allegedly entered with intent to steal goods so reported the crime, officials are proceeding with Pasco Deanery investigating the case.
